    Phillip is an experienced land development practitioner with an affinity for the land that stems from an outdoors lifestyle, a deep love of travel and a real commitment to the community through school boards, parents’ associations and coaching.

    Phillip’s vast experience ranges from farming, rural and urban land development through to the details of inner-city building. The evolving land development process and working with positive and skilled people continue to motivate him. His working style focuses on interacting closely with the people involved in each project, to establish and achieve the needs of his clients, while carefully considering all the contributing regulatory and environmental factors.

    Practicing throughout periods of rapid growth and change within the land development industry continues to motivate and enthuse Mike.

    The experience and knowledge gained as a result has enabled Mike to become an experienced and balanced land development practitioner.

    Chris has lived and worked in Wairarapa since graduating from Otago University in 2002, enjoying the fantastic work and lifestyle opportunities the region offers. An experienced and versatile practitioner, Chris draws on his experience to help progress his clients’ aspirations and to help them achieve added value. His keen interest in the local environment and community sees him support multiple community activities, fundraisers and sports teams.

    Originally from Whangarei, Daniel began his surveying career in Wellington after graduating from Otago University in 2009. He gained a solid grounding in land development and cadastral surveying as part of Adamson Shaw’s diverse and experienced team.

    After working offshore on large-scale construction sites, Daniel rejoined the team and has since been the lead surveyor on some of Wellington’s largest construction and infrastructure projects. He continues to enjoy the many challenges of working on a huge variety of projects.
